Chad has served on the Young Life staff for 10 years, and has been involved with YL for over 25 years. He is originally from Dayton, Ohio, and his wife Becca is from Greenville, SC, and they moved to Gaston County in August of 2018, with their two little boys (CJ and Bear), and their dog Coach.
